These terms apply to all quotes and work provided by HYDRUX Exterior Cleaning ("we", "us"). By accepting a quote you agree to these terms.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information and photos supplied. If the job on site materially differs from what was described, we'll agree any revised price with you before continuing.

Access and preparation

You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property, and for informing us of anything that could affect the work. Fragile surfaces, previous coatings, live electrics near the work area, or pets.

Water and power

Unless agreed otherwise we may use an outside tap and a mains socket at the property. We bring our own hoses, leads and equipment.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card payments. Late payment may be subject to interest at the statutory rate.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defective surfaces or coatings that fail as a result of underlying condition rather than our workmanship. Any concern with the finished work should be raised with us within 7 days so we can inspect and, where appropriate, put it right.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a booking with reasonable notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start may incur a call-out charge.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
