When you contact us we collect the information you send. Typically your name, contact details, address of the property and a description of the work required. If you send us photos or documents we hold those alongside your enquiry.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To carry out work you've asked us to do and to keep records of that work.
• To send occasional follow-ups relating to your enquiry or a completed job.

We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept for up to 24 months. Records of completed work are kept for the periods required by tax and business record-keeping rules.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to any legal retention requirements). Email info@hydruxexteriorcleaning.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
